Friendly greeting, old fashioned service. Nice room, well appointed and comfortable. Small breakfeast included - can't beat the price. Only disappointment was no wifi - hope they fix this, then this place would be hard to beat. The car park is behind a remote control gate which you get access to when you sign in. So don't go looking for in-house parking before checking in.
